Return Policy :

1. If any case of movement defect, we offer 2 working days return policy.

2. Buyer MUST email to us immediately upon arrival of item.

3. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization or after the given deadline.

4. Buyer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.

5. All shipping charges for exchange are borne by buyer.

6. Strictly no exchange accepted if we found that the returned item is not in new & good condition.

7. Please keep ALL packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced, repaired or returned

How To Order

1. Use the Order Form to order directly through the internet. All orders will be confirmed within 24 hours. If you do not get such a confirmation, please E-mail or sms at 012-4434895.

2. You may mail orders to: juwita.handbags@gmail.com. All we need are your name, address and contact no. the titles you are ordering.

3. Payment only to Maybank account.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES -- Free PosLaju or Skynet.

5. Once payment is received, order will be dispatch the next working day. Tracking number will be given to customer.

6. No COD will be entertained.
